The Department of Psychology, SNDT Women's University
Mumbai has begun a vibrant interaction with Aditya Birla Talent Management
department. Not only are the students placed there for internship, some surveys
and research studies are being undertaken jointly by the two departments,
because of a common interest in research on employee well being.
Discussions are also in progress on other related domains in which academic and
corporate expertise of the two organizations respectively will be brought into
play.
The Department assists experts from among SNDT faculty as well as other organizations through collaborative research work. Online training material for Dr. Vandana Chakrabarti (Director, Department of Adult and Continuing Education, SNDT WU)prestigious e-paathshaala project is being developed by Dr. Anuradha Sovani and resource persons she brings on her team of writers and teachers.
Dr. Sovani has also collaborated on a proposal submitted to ICSSR in the area of Mental Health Insurance.
